Educating the underprivileged in West Bengal is vital for social and economic progress. Key strategies include building and maintaining schools with proper facilities, recruiting and training qualified teachers, and ensuring free or affordable education. Programs like mid-day meals and health services improve attendance and well-being. Community engagement, awareness campaigns, and parental involvement are essential. Integrating digital learning, offering scholarships, and providing vocational training further supports students. Collaborations with NGOs and government bodies can enhance resources and reach. By addressing these areas, we can provide quality education and opportunities for all children in West Bengal. Thus this initiative to engage School Teachers for Schools in different districts of West Bengal to boost education of underprivileged students under Government and Non-Government projects in collaboration with different High Schools throughout all districts in West Bengal is taken
